This was a commercial from the late 80's/early 90's. It was on TNT or TBS ( a Turner station at any rate )/ It was for a contest for kids. Maybe making your dream come true or something on that order. There was a boy and his dog. The background was one solid color ( may have changed throughout ??) as opposed to being located anywhere ( school, yard etc ). It involved morphing and other fx. The boy's head may have changed to a dog's and barked. His clothes flew off and were replaced by an NBA...
