Even though it's static, it's a still a really cool effect, and it's a real shame twisting effects like this is incredibly rare, even if it's somewhat easy to search for.

The ad’s tagline is about how the steering can get you “out of the tightest spots.”  The dude in the ad escapes gridlock by driving up a building in the car.  He passes by a woman who is so surprised by his turning that he manages a gust to pass by her and twist her around upon her feet.
