Essentially, everybody who is human has an Emoji face. This is because they they are accepted as all the same by McDonalds, who says you can come as you are.
There are a few transitions between emoji faces–like a kid with a red devil head changing into an ‘angel’–but no real human heads changing into an emoji. YMMV.
